iPad 2 backlight issue.

Hi everyone. I have an iPad that has a backlight issue. I have so far tried a new LCD & reset. Still have the same issues.



After searching the forum I have tried the jumper method (See Pics) I am sure I have done this right.



Any help in putting this right is most welcome.
