iphone 4 charging problem

iphone 4 not charging

its only delivers 0.6 volts to the batt not 1.5 volts

its fake charging i guess

i removed the charging coil and made a jumper but still draining battery

please help

can i make a 5 volts bridge directly from the charger to the battery ??

please help
