problem i9500 unlock

hi team im trying to unlock a I9500 with androi 4.2.2. Phone is rooted flash process is ok, but phone does not take signal. Imei its ok. Then I tried to repair network, results still the same.

To connect GT-I9500 phone you have to perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.

3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.

4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.

5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
