MTK phone cant boot !

Since i bought this AB and smartcard dongle , never never never success boot MTK phones ! I tried press boot key (vol- , vol+ , both keys ) but cant boot , pls tell step by step how to boot this MTK and supported models by usb mode . I am sure no problem of connector , i had succeed boot by other tool .
