I am new in this and I need help,
I have NCK BOX I download the software through winzip, I unzip it and I can see the folder, but the problem is when I connect the box to my PC using windows 7, it does not detect or anything, is it because I am not using the winzip properly or it is not compatible? I just got this device less than a month. I will love for someone to walk me through like a baby.
