n7100 speaker and mic no sound

anybody have this solution about this problem when i record using voice recorder gt sound but when i make calling speaker no sound and mic also no sound anybody have thhis solution about this problem helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp............... ..:confused::confused::confused:
