5s t-mobile is not working with all rsim

i have 5s from t-mobile i get sim not vaild when try to active !!! i try rsim 9 pro , rsim 9 gold , r sim air 2 !!!!!!!!!! nothing work , i try the 3102620 - 3102605 IMSI'S but no way !!! any help
