Assistance With Unlock

Hi,

I got an unlock code for the Emporia CLICK V32.

Issue: When I insert a valid SIM the Emporia Phone asks for the SIM pin, when I type in the pin I get a notice saying "SIM BLOCKED", there is no option to type in the unlock code?

I have tried this with several valid SIM's but to no avail.

Any help is much appreciated.
