Just received my ORT and after following the instructions keep getting "Device disconnected" and can't ever open anything further. I have tried latest software and have gone back to older versions which just tell me to upgrade to latest version. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I have tried all USB ports on my computer and have gotten no where!!
