This is the second dongle that has stopped working suddenly. It worked fine for two weeks and now Windows does not recognize it. Both red LED lights were bright, and now one is dim and constantly blinks on and off. Since it is no longer recognized by Windows I cannot put it into Boot Mode to use the Repair Tools.
I cannot post links to photos to show the problem so please let me know what I can do.
