Help a rookie pls general questions

Hi to all my name is rich im trying to understand a litle bit more about z3x box and certs files recently i bought a z3x box and did everything i was supposed to repair the imei on my galaxy s5 g900t everything went fine from rooting to erasing the imei but when i write the new cert file it goes to the old imei instead of getting the new one what can it be?



also how many times can 1 cert be used?
