Huawei y220-u10 flash ok with bin file but not power on

hi friends after flash with factory firmware phone dead and could not flash with factory I try to flash with bin file I raded bin file from working phone and I flash the phone susscessed the flash but still not power on any one shear bin file or whair the problem
