LG D820 Nexus 5 can't power on

Hey

I have nexus 5 after water damage.

i clean the board and replace the corroded R8003

I can turn on the device with DCPS, but when i try with battery nothing.

i changed the battery and U8001, when i connect to charger i see red led turn on and turn off, if u disconnect the battery i see charging.

Any advice ? :rolleyes:
