Lg g2 D802 to many attempts and hard reset problem

Hi a customer brought me a lg g2 d802 he enter to many time screen pass and phone blocked so told me to reset it to factory settings because he don't remember the mail or pass the volume - and power button don't work for me when i press them keep restarting after so many attempts and pc dint recognize it i change cables and so many drivers but nothing and debugging option is closed any other solution to reset :confused:
