lg nexus 4 touch screen responsiveness

guys im having a problem with my nexus 4 i changed the LCD like 2 times and still my tach screen is not working good like when i press a apk it dosnt work when i pres secound time it opens dunno how to explain



sometimes it clicks in the first time sometimes u have to press 2 times to open apk but if u hold apk u will see the apk moving vibrating





could someone give me a idea what can i possibly do. thanks.
