Riff licensi after move to new Computer

Hi riff team, please help me, my box it's work fine, but right know after i used for new Comp with fresh windows xp instaled, after instal jtag manager, jtag manager always conecting to get licensi from server, but after 3 hours jtag manager says no conection to server, my internet it's work fine, i try diferent ISP and check firewall, but all it's ok, any one can give me solution for my problem, i need my box for work again, thx in advance.
