Samsung gt-i9300 s3 dead problem.

I received a samsung galaxy gt-i9300 phone today. The problem reported by the customer is mobile not power on. I connected the phone to the DC machine. When I press the power on button, the amp meter goes up and when I release the power button it back to zero. I found no heating components either.



I am having this issue with some basic mobiles too. Please help me.
