Vygis team plz help me, can't open tool vygis!

i only can open & used with LGQ_2_06SD every thing ok with this tool but after LGQ_2_06SD to LGQ_2_13SD team's support with new version i can't open & used Vygis tool. When i open tool, Vygis tool not show logo tool like LGQ_2_06SD & i couldn't use. Vygis Team plz help me... What's wrong with my box?:confused: Thanks team ...
