Please cancel my orders and refund money to paypal

I am trying to write here as a last resort. I am asking the guy to check on my WW IP unlock status, since days, customer already took phone, got money back. He is not replying to my Skype messages and such. I want my money refunded as don't ever want to use unlocknest.com services in the future.
