How to hardreset qmobile a55

hi

qmobile a55 has patrenlock unable to hard reset ...when press volum down + power there is apear " no comand" when press volum up+ power ...then mobile power on ...when press both volum d/u + power ...then nothing hapond at all

its 6572....is it safe to format it with Miracle Box ?
