iphone5 ios7.1 skype microphone off problem

hi i have iphone5 with ios7.1.1 there is microphone disable message when try to call on skyp....i try to on microphone in setting/policy/microphone but there is no app to switch on ?......also uninstall skype and reinstall it but problem is same.....i search google but unable to umderstand how to send message to activate microphone.....?
