Octopus cant read info of my GT-I9300

i root my mobile and activate USB debugging connect my phone to the octopus choose my phone model but cant read or see my phone what i have to do ?

i use the correct cable RX-AT170 C3300k 530K UART cable for my GT-I9300 and still cant read phone info what to do please
