Dipendra Pathak plz help me

hi, for almost a week now i can't connect my gpg emmc box to my pc, i've tried all the suggestion found in the forum but non i working for me. it always says ''connecting.........please connect box and run again'' i am using windows 7, 32 bit computer. Can't upload screen shot i would have pasted it. :(
