activation of gb-key for infinity dongle

if i bay now activation of gb-key for infinity dongle can i decode with direct unlock alcatel like 5020 4030 6030 or i need another activation for this to use ? and are with bay activation i have same rights like bayed gb-key box and also support 1 year and free decoding of all models without credit
