how to safely erase iphone5 running ios6.1.4 jailbreak?

hi



how to safely erase iphone5 running ios6.1.4 jailbreak.



most jailbreak device can not erase.



it suck on apple logo.so must restore with latest ios. i have iphone5 ios 6.1.4 it is jailbreak. i don't like ios7

i keep on 6.1.4. if any reason if i erase my phone it become suck on apple logo.



there is Any idea or way to safe ERASE .



please need help.
