HTC Desire S won't recognize on PC

Hi everyone , I have problem with HTC desire S . It doesn't recognize with PC. But it charges . Firstly I found loosing component on mother board near usb connector , than I made jumpers instead , alos I have tried a new usb port (with flex cable , but it still doesn't connect to PC .

Please help to solve this issue .
