Iphone 4 no call

Iphone 4 with IOS 7

signal ok, only problem is no call, no received. (emergency same, no call)

imei no lock, no sim lock.

firmware restore, upgrade via itunes and DFU.

I think a RF problem?

please help for more test or any idea..
