Motorola Atrix MB860 unlock fail!!!!

Hello, i am trying to read this phone with the latest zz_smart but the software doesn´t pass the "reading info" and says error. it detects well the phone but doesn´t read the info, what can i do?? I tryied in debug mode too and nothing. It doesn´t say unsupported firmware, it just get stuck in "reading info" and then says error reading info from the phone. Please help me Elcapitel....
