New started repair shop , have som qestions ..

I have just get a job in a new started repair shop , and a have some things that a wonder about ;)



1: Sometimes customers get back after a few days complain that there iphone

lcd that we just replaced cracked again ...

What to do ?? Is there an issue when phone has been dropped , can the chassi

get vind and the new lcd that we just fitted cracks by itself by stresses in the glass caused by a little wind chassis ?



2: How often is there damage in the iphone mainboard after customer has dropped ther iphone ? And what to do if the mainboards broke under repair , is it possebly to fix it ??



3: Is there som kind of service test menu on iphone ? or how do you test them after repair ?



4:Anyone know a good aliexpress dealer how sell "orginal quality lcd"

Or where should be about the quality of its parts ??

Any idea were to looks for good parts ?



5: Aboute flexcables how is difficult to mount , do you glue them for example , onoff switch iphone 4s ?



6: Should we avoid to fix water damaged phones , and how to fix them ?



7:Do you repair when customer waits on your shop ? Is it very stressful if somethings gets wrong under the repair ;(
