Samsung E250 Doesn't boot

Hi there, I have been doing some looking on this forum and on the internet in general for quite sometimes, I have many Samsung E250 (and also other models such J600, G600 and some similar ones) which does this thing: You put a charged battery in, you press ON button, it shows "Samsung" Logo and plays a sound for 1 sec or less and shuts down. If connected to charger it does that on a loop. I have flashed one with UST PRo, but no success. I have been also looking into the hardware issue hence I posted here.

To my knowledge there is a Power IC CF56011 that supposedly should cause the issue, so as I read on a post on this forum aside from replacing it (thing that I would most certainly do when I'll be sure that is the true cause) it was stated to remove the chip, and connect PIN 9 of the charging socket to the central pin of the battery connector, I have looked also on the schematic why, but this way the phone does not turn on at all. Also, I have tried replacing with a known good CF50613, same behaviour and then the chip went dead, probably because 613 is different from 611. That is a battery and power controller.

So as I'm quite out of ideas, any of you have fixed this issue?

Thanks
